ISO9001:2000 Quality, starts with the design. It is at this stage we would ideally wish to discuss your requirements with you the customer in order to optimise the design of the tools, choice of materials and the manufacturing process. In other words, to "build the quality in from the outset".

 
Our Quality Manual identifies our procedures in detail and are available on request. All the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 are covered by these manuals. Firstpress has successfully forged interactive partnerships with a number of prestigious product leaders. A willingness and the financial strength to invest decisively in order to meet customers' demands has resulted in large increases in the size of contracts and total confidence in the form of preferred supplier status being confirmed by several customers.
